197,022 reportable accidents in a single year, according to DGUV figures. No other of the eight clusters reaches that, and nothing in the number is unusual work. It is boxes, drums, crates and sacks, moved by hand because moving them by hand was faster.
It also does not say what to change, because the answer is never a rule about weight. It is where a person puts their feet before they take the load, whether they ask for a second pair of hands for the one that is awkward rather than heavy, and whether they set something down instead of turning with it. Those are habits, and a habit comes from repetition, not from a page in a folder.
Each training is one kind of load and the handful of movements that decide what it costs to move it. The time is a single run, from the first word to the last, and it is what tells you whether it fits into a shift.
