A picker makes hundreds of lifts a shift, and the rate is the thing being measured.

Order picking turns lifting into a rhythm: bottom shelf, top shelf, turn, walk, repeat. The rhythm is what makes it fast, and it is also what stops anybody setting up properly for the one pick that is different.
This one is for pickers, packers and shift leads in a warehouse. It works with the rate rather than against it: what to do when a pick does not fit the rhythm and the target is still running.
One run, three parts. A team can go back to any of them as often as it needs, and most do.
A team works a normal list and finds the point in the run where their own technique falls apart.
An item is too high, too deep or too heavy. They work on stopping for that one and then going on.
They finish the list with those breaks in it and see what it actually cost them.
