Welding is done behind a screen, and most of what goes wrong is on the other side of it.

A welder has a mask, gloves and a routine. The risk sits with the person walking past, the material stacked behind the screen, and the fume that goes wherever the extraction is not. All of it is outside the welder's field of view.
This one is for welders and for the people working around them: fitters, labourers, anyone sharing a bay. It covers the set-up before the arc and the half hour afterwards, when everything is still hot.
One run, three parts. A team can go back to any of them as often as it needs, and most do.
A team sets a weld up: screens placed, extraction where the fume actually goes, and anything combustible moved out.
Somebody walks through mid weld. They go through stopping, and how the bay tells others to stay out.
The arc is off and the work is still hot. They work through the watch that comes after.
