Nobody removes a guard for no reason. A jam has to be cleared or a setting checked, and production is standing still while it happens. The machine is off. Whether it is isolated, and whether anybody else knows, is a different question.
This one is for maintenance staff, setters and operators who clear their own faults. It is built around the handover, where one person's isolation becomes another person's assumption.
