This one is for groundworkers and for anyone who signs off an excavation before people get into it. It goes through wet ground, services in the wall, and the pressure to drop in for two minutes without support.
One run, three parts. A team can go back to any of them as often as it needs, and most do.
A team looks at the soil, the water and the load standing next to the trench, and says what it is going to do.
They set shoring, move the spoil back from the edge and put the ladder where it can still be reached.
Someone is asked to drop in unsupported for one connection. The team works out what they say and who backs them.
