A site is at its most dangerous on the day it is set out, and again on every day it changes.

Fences, gates, routes, storage and the crane position are decided quickly, under pressure, by people who will not be walking the site every day. Everything that follows inherits those decisions: deliveries, pedestrians, plant movements, all of it.
This is the longest training in the library, because it covers a whole sequence rather than one moment. It is for site managers and foremen who set a site out and then have to change it while it runs.
One run, three parts. A team can go back to any of them as often as it needs, and most do.
A team places the fence line, the gate, the pedestrian route and the storage area on a plot they have not seen before.
Deliveries arrive, the excavation opens, a crane goes up. They see what their own layout does once it is under load.
The work moves to the far end. The team rearranges routes and access without leaving a day of chaos behind.
