Construction sites 10–20 min per run
A crew that moves between sites arrives without the knowledge everyone else has built up: where the plant crosses, which gate is for people, what the ground is like behind the hoarding. They start work anyway, because the programme says so.
This one is for crews who rotate between civil works sites and for the supervisors who induct them. It is the short training that makes the first hour deliberate instead of improvised.
One run, three parts. A team can go back to any of them as often as it needs, and most do.
A team comes in through the gate they were given and finds the crossings, the exclusion zones and the way back out.
The site is not the one from the induction. They pick out the differences and say which of them stop the work.
With that picture in place, they set their own work up so it does not cut across anybody else's.
