Falls from height 10–15 min per run
Anyone who takes a platform up has done the same set-up a hundred times: outriggers out, ground firm, guardrail closed, harness clipped. The set-up is not the hard part. Leaving one item of it out on a busy morning is.
This one is for the people who go up and for the person who signs the work off. It puts them in the minutes before the lift, when the ground is soft on one side and the schedule says go.
One run, three parts. A team can go back to any of them as often as it needs, and most do.
A team walks the standing area, finds the soft edge and the covered opening, and decides where the machine may go.
Outriggers, guardrails, harness and anchor point are worked through out loud, one person naming them, the other confirming.
A load shifts, the basket tilts, someone leans out. The team goes through the response until it comes first.
