A lone worker has no colleague to read a room with, no second opinion, and nobody who notices they have stopped answering. Most procedures quietly assume somebody else is there. The procedure is not wrong; it is just not the situation.
This one is for field service, home visits, night shifts and security rounds — anyone whose work takes them somewhere without a colleague. It covers before, during and after a visit that turns.
One run, three parts. A team can go back to any of them as often as it needs, and most do.
A team plans a visit: who knows where they are, when they check in, and what happens if they do not.
They arrive and decide, in the first few seconds, whether to go in at all.
The situation turns inside. They work through the exit, the call, and the report that follows it.
