Half an hour, one situation.

You pick the hazard, we set it up, and your people work through it themselves. Everything after that is the conversation you would have had anyway.

  1. You name one hazard One line from your own list is enough. We prepare that one.
  2. Your people work through it Not a walkthrough shown to you. They do it, and then they do it a second time.
  3. We go through what it would take Which topics match the rest of your list, how a first group runs, and who on your side has to agree.

What to bring

  • Your risk assessment. A printout of the hazard list does it — we do not need the whole document.
  • The people who would have to agree. The safety officer, the works council, whoever plans the shifts.
  • Your shortlist, if you kept one. We go through it line by line in the session — open your shortlist.
